Testimonial

Past Graduates Say about us ?

“Whilst change is fundamental to our very existence, most of us resist it, and therefore deny ourselves the experience of becoming our true selves.”
Breathwork Training Australia

“The blessings for which we hunger are not to be found in other places or people. These gifts can only be given to you by yourself. They are at home in the hearth of your soul”

John O'Donohue

'Changes' was a breath of fresh air. Truly. It was like opening a door that had been closed for a long time. I felt that it gave the gift of seeing myself in a new light, reconnecting with parts of me that had been dormant and opening other parts of my heart that needed some love. The lessons and experiences I shared with my wonderful supportive group will always be with me. The motto for me is that this was just the beginning, the birth of the chrysalis if you will, and I am ready to really be me, whatever and wherever that takes me. And I want to pipe up some hope for those souls who don't actually know if the Breathwork course is like me are fascinated by the content. Take it from me, 'Changes' is more than a Breathwork course. This course is about life! Thank you Bronwyn for providing the supportive space and your wicked humour. You have a wonderful gift for this training and I deeply thank you for sharing it with the world. You are such an inspiration to me.

'Changes' has lived up to its name. I feel changed enormously. Thrilling and exhilarating, but also scary. I can never go back to unconsciousness! My patterns now lie clearly before me in their nakedness. I trust that with work I'll never have to grasp them on again to clothe my ego. The past nine months have been a time of joy, fear, anger, hope, grief, frustration, learning, and above all, love. The course has been a gargantuan undertaking, but worth every tear, laugh, realisation and dollar. If this course was compulsory education, world peace would be realised in four months.
